Or so you&#8217;d think writes Jeffrey A. Trachtenberg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individuals can use marketing companies that buy the book soon after it&#8217;s launched to drive it to the top of the charts.<\/li>\n<li>After reaching the top of the list sales usually dive as the demand was artificially produced.
